Great location, superb staff, 24 hour pool, nice restaurant located lobby.

We took our two kids (4 and 1 1/2). We were in town for a concert. The staff was excellent. The bell hop placed my 4 year old on the luggage carrier and gave us a tour of our hotel up to the room. The entire staff new my daughters name and called her by it every time they encountered us. The hotel is in a great location to the football and baseball stadiums as well as the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. The pool is open 24 hours. We had room service for breakfast and although they confused up our order we were so pleased with everything else that in the end didn't care that they charged me $16.00 for two cups of coffee. I would stay at this hotel every time I visit. read more

Excellent, I am a Marriott point holder and this was one of their best. Surprised it was not a JW Marriott.

It was well located near all downtown attractions. Rooms were large and comfortable and very clean.
$20 for valet parking with no alternative.

The hotel was very well located, right downtown with easy access to the highway for traveling around. The rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very helpful.

The rooms were equip with large flat scree TVs.
I found some aspirin pills on the floor of my room.

This hotel was beautiful, classy, and great for business. Basic rooms are not very romantic or have a lot of space but they are extremely nice and up to date. The beds were very comfortable! It is in a extremely convenient location with an endless amount of restaurants and bars in walking distance. I would love to stay again!

It is superbly located and very elegant, and I loved the marble floors and columns.
The restaurant was closed for dinner one day. The breakfast buffet cooked options were few, there were no adult movie selections.

It's a great hotel for family, business, and romantic travel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!
