To have had my room violated and then my concerns dismissed by management was unprecedented.

Somethings rotten in Denmark and this hotel was it. When we checked in, we asked for a higher floor than 3rd but were told there were no more rooms. The 3rd floor room was smoked in. When we spoke to the desk about that, they apologized and moved us higher. The next morning, we left the room only to return and discover an I-pod missing. When we approached management, they interviewed the maid who denied the allegation and then dismissed the incident completely well, I guess it went missing. Finally, when checking out, the desk clerk, when we reviewed the bill, discovered that our restaurant bill had been altered (it did not add up) and had been listed as 710 Dkr when it should have been 510 Dkr. How do you honestly confuse a 7 with a 5? This hotel is rotten from start to finish. Worst experience of my traveling life. read more

The bed was the best ever with down comforter, feather bed and pillows.

Loved the hotel. The room was fantastic with a great view of Tivoli garden. It had a great bathroom and closet. A truly luxe room.

Nothing to dislike.

This was a beautiful Marriott. We enjoyed the spacious room, even ate dinner and breakfast for convenience. The dinner was far superior to any hotel restaurant we've ever encountered, and breakfast was ample. Yes, it's pricey, but all of Copenhagen is pricey. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful large rooms, great views, comfortable bed.
Not as near to city center sightseeing sites as I would have liked.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful public areas. On water, convenient to water canel trip. Large rooms with comfortable bed, large bathroom. Complete with refrigerator and hairdryer. Very nice hotel. Wonderful price!
