The location was excellent.
Parking expensive; under construction at the time of our visit.
This hotel is in an excellent location to tour the city of Boston. Parking is expensive since it is a large city. Our room was clean and well appointed. Loved the approximately 32 HD flat screen TV with cable.

The view from the 38th floor was great!
There was construction going on the second floor which impacted the lobby.

Very nice, clean, good location.
Staff was not very friendly or helpful when we had an issue with our room key not working. Also,
fees were a surprise and a disappointment.
The hotel was very nice but we were surprised and disappointed with their fees (parking, internet, etc.) and their lack of customer service. The lamp in the room didn't work. The lady who cleaned our room and the lady who managed the pool/weight room area were very nice but the people at the desk and the customer relations manager were unfriendly and unhelpful to say the least. We would not stay there again due to poor customer service and fees. read more

Spectacular view of South End and Inner Harbor from my 37th floor room
Deformed mattresses (past users favored one side of bed) that hadn't been rotated regularly.
During my stay, the second floor of the hotel, which included the restaurant where I would have had breakfast, was closed for renovations. This makes a comprehensive review impossible, pending completion of the work. For what it's worth, the rest of the hotel impressed favorably, except for the problem with the mattresses noted above.

Excellent location for exploring the Back Bay. Also amazing views from 27th floor room.
Current construction on second floor disrupted lobby area and access to Copley Square shopping.

Hotel is in a great location and has a fantastic fitness center.
The terms of the in room internet service are ridiculous. Unlike most hotels this service goes from noon-noon, not 24 hours unacceptable!
