Prompt response on service calls.
Had trouble scheduling maid service. $10 fee for internet seems unreasonable.
Great location for the Dadeland/South Miami area. Very good quality amenities and a responsive staff. Maintenance of plumbing in room was poor (leaky faucet, plug for bathtub did not close completely). Overall pluses with only a couple minor complaints.

Convenient, comfortable and made me feel special. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
The price of the room and having to pay to park on site.
The hotel was wonderful. Loved the pool deck on the 7th floor, the outdoor area in the front was roomy with low traffic flow. My 3 year old grandson was with my daughter and I, the staff all remembered his name and welcomed him as well. The staff was most helpful, and I didn't have to lift a finger with bags!

The front desk was a great help. Arrived 7/27/07 circ 1:00 a.m.
Dining was limited; we had to go across the street to get something to eat at the Marriott courtyard.
We arrived hungry and tired and had to go to the "vending" frig across the street to get something to eat and drink. The hotel seemed as if it was on an isolated area with nothing around it.

It was close to shopping and a grocery store.
Not too close to the beach.
Hotel was basically fine; nothing great, but certainly clean and accommodating in every respect. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of construction going on right around it which made it less attractive.
