Been here before, like the hotel overall.
Attitude in which room you are given.

The experience I've had with Priceline is great. This one was overlooking the Tollway, right where there's an entrance to it. It was extremely loud and I didn't sleep well because of it.

The staff was friendly, hotel was clean and nice and in a good location.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner as well as the carpet in the room, but it was not too bad at all. Did not like that they charge for parking.

Staff is very friendly but some of them did not have good recommendations for restaurants, they were just reading out of a book so we fended for ourselves and did fine. Very nice bar/lobby and pool area. We were given a corner room which was much bigger than a regular size room since they knew we had a baby with us. Room was overall quite nice and clean and hotel is in a great location, convenient to downtown Dallas, the Galleria Mall and other attractions. We were not happy that they charged $10/day for parking, although it is in a secured garage, it is still expensive. read more

Very nice and clean - liked the bath products.
I would like real coffee cups in the room instead of paper cups.

Great location - great pool and fitness center. Very clean - front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the parking lot was easily accessible.
The parking lot elevator is old. The restaurant was too much like a bar.

We had a very good experience. The hotel was beautiful. Although it did not have a late night restaurant. The experience was great.
