The bed was excellent.
12 dollars a night for Wi-Fi.

This is a really nice hotel, provided you don't blindly follow Google Maps to get there. However, I am frequently shocked when three star and higher hotels have the gall to charge, in this case, twelve dollars a night for Internet (wi-fi or wired internet) when every one and two star I have stayed at in the past five years has provided internet for free.

Loved the room. It was awesome!
We had to leave early to one of our kids getting sick. We are from Wichita, KS.

The hotel was nice. Great location and we loved our room. Would have been nicer if the bathtub was bigger, but the shower head was great! We had to leave early as one of our 4 kids got really sick back in Kansas. We left mid day and were not able to stay for our 2nd night. They did not give us our money back for the night we didn't even use. I think they should have considering the swine flu outbreak right now. The hotel is nice and the staff is great, but were not very caring about our situation. read more

Not having a balcony room available for us.

I think this hotel is on top of things. The staff was more than generous to us. I will definitely use it again.
