The work-out room was great.
We were put on the lower floor so we felt like we were put in the basement.

You have to pay for the internet. So, we did not use it.

Just as nice as a 4 star hotel.
TV was too difficult to figure out to watch regular TV.

It had on demand free shuttle service to the airport, which is a very nice feature.

Overpriced, overrated, underperformed, rude, incompetent.

The wine list is very thin. I'll stay at the Sheridan or the Westin the next time I'm in Dallas. The public spaces are very intrusive and just set up to promote rude behavior. The hotel is just all wrong. On top of that, to have to pay additional dollars for WiFi access, or hard wired access for that matter, is an exploitation of the business traveler. Under managed expense accounts; unethical business practice. I'll never stay there again, anywhere. I'd rather stay at a Hilton and that's frustrating. read more

The water in my room was lukewarm. It was frustrating to take semi cold baths and showers.

The rooms were excellent and staff very helpful.
I wish it were closer to where my meetings were.

This would be a great hotel for anyone, business, family vacation, weddings. Great friendly staff, clean and in excellent condition.

The room was perfect! This was our wedding night and it completely met our expectations!
We went to the wrong hotel and the shuttle came and picked us up to take us to the correct one. The shuttle driver was not friendly!

Perfect! Very clean and quiet. The morning shuttle driver was very pleasurable, even at 5:30 in the morning.

Great pool for kids!
Business location with no dining in area. Had to go down the interstate or highway for dining (other than hotel).

Beautiful facility. Great pool for kids (5 ft max depth, but majority of the pool is 4' or less). Lots of air traffic in the area (landings), but noise was never an issue inside the room. Very recommended!
