Beds were extremely comfortable and accommodations were very clean.

No complaints for this hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Accommodations were great and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room service stopped after 11pm.

This hotel is clean and easy to get to from DFW. I was a little disappointed with a few aspects, though as it is a 3 star hotel. Room service stopped at 11pm and does not start until 6 am, which is unfortunate for all people who are stranded in DFW or who arrive late or very early in the AM. Also, I requested a wake-up call on the day of my departure and no call was provided--a big no, no in my world of frequent travel! read more

Location very close to the DFW. South entrance was perfect!

The location was absolutely perfect. Very clean and friendly. Even the staff at 5:00 a.m. when we checked out were gracious.

Did not experience anything I didn't like.

Excellent staff. Very friendly. Clean comfortable room. Stay was short and I wasn't at the hotel a long time but the time I was there my experience was very nice.
