Did not like having to pay extra for parking.

Conveniently located close to downtown and the trolley line. Rooms are nice and roomy.

Paid parking. It should be included in the price.

I was very pleased with the Marriott in Downtown Memphis. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The trolley is right outside the door. Valet was fast. You do have to pay for parking regardless of valet. The coffee shop was good too.

Cleanliness and view of the city were amazing!
There was a $12.00 per day fee for parking.

This hotel was amazing. I could never afford luxury like this if it were not for Priceline.com's deal that was brokered.

Very convenient to the trolley line.
Parking was very expensive.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and we appreciated the convenience of the trolley line stopping right at our hotel. The only issue was parking was very expensive. One could park across the street at your own risk. As two women traveling alone we felt it safer to park in the garage.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and I would stay there again.
I do not have anything negative to say about the hotel.

A friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room. I needed a refrigerator and I called downstairs and their was one brought to the room within 30 minutes. I recommend this hotel to anyone. I was attending a concert downtown at the FedEx Forum and I was able to take the trolley to my destination. Great stay!
