Great room, large bed, space for golf clubs, nice linens.
Internet access was horribly expensive, should be free.
A great hotel with a few minor flaws. Location was not very convenient. Internet access was about 15 or 20 pounds a day so I opted for buying a card and using the business center computer. Air Conditioning in that room never worked and for one week the rest of the hotel was great but it was a sauna when I was on that computer. Ice machines are a joke. Teenier tiny machine and only one per floor. The one on our floor did not work the entire stay. Now the good stuff. The room was great, lots of space, large bed with nice linens, small older TV but it was okay. I expected a larger LCD as it is 2009 and it is not a big deal for us. I liked the small refrigerator instead of a mini bar. I was traveling with my 7 year old son and I could store some food and snacks for him which was great. We programmed the TV for wakeup calls and it worked great. Nice bathroom with shower/tub. Room service was decent but don't order the hamburger unless you want a charcoal bracket. I guess they are worried about mad cow because they kill that burger, twice. My son loved the pizza. Free parking with lots of room was nice and hard to come by in much of Edinburgh. Friendly staff. Overall a nice stay with minor flaws. read more

Wonderful rooms and bathroom.
What a wonderful surprise for the cost! If I have the opportunity I will stay there every time I go.

All the staff was eager to do whatever we needed to be most comfortable.
Nothing!
The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful and it was very convenient to the airport. And the food was good as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Outside of city centre.
Great hotel. Staff is quite nice. It is an excellent hotel for the price.

The concierge was excellent! Very friendly & helpful!
The internet was horribly slow. Too slow for this quality of a hotel.
Nice, clean rooms. Great location. Excellent gym & pool facilities. Terrific concierge. Very poor, slow internet in the business center.

The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable.
There is nothing about this hotel I did not like, except it could be closer to town center.
I really like this Marriott hotel. They gave us two queen beds that had the typical cozy comforters on them. The room was spacious. This hotel is not in the city center, but is very easy to reach via the bus system. They have a bus stop right outside the hotel on the main street. It is about a 15 to 20 minute ride from the train station. I think this hotel is very close to the airport. I would stay here again as the rooms where spacious and the easy to which I could get on the bus to travel about town. Front desk staff was great. read more

Very good service along with very nice accommodations.
Door cards did not work well and internet cost too much to use.
Close to the airport but far from the downtown area. Very good service from the staff and the rooms were great.
