Desk staff was friendly. Bed nice.
Hard to find at night, Ordered in room meal, delivery staff gruff and unfriendly , food cold.

Hard to get to. Lighting for parking not so great. Had to leave at 5 am. Nervous being in parking lot by myself.

It is not. The staff gave horrific customer service and the room smelled like mildew. I had to walk down and ask for my room to be cleaned the second day.

Closeness to hospital I needed.
Could here guests in the morning prior to waking up.

I stayed at this hotel 2 times. First time, was clean quite and was a large room. Second time was clean and the room wasn't as large but still nice. I like the area of the hotel, although it seems more for business clients, it fit our purposes very well.
