Warm, friendly, but all amenities.
Nothing, it was great!

Easy to find. Very clean and staff was almost like family. Parking is free. We have already made new reservations for a return stay. No disappointments here. Upscale.

Sink didn't drain, bathroom lock broken, mattresses very old/not firm.

Nice location, nice lobby and nice staff. Rooms are not very fancy at all, mattresses were old and not firm at all. Bathroom lock was missing/broken. Also, bathroom sink was clogged; you would think that this would be something easily noticed every day by house cleaning. So a little disappointing.

Good location near shopping and a variety of restaurants.
Very noisy hallways and bathroom. The walls seemed very thin.

The hotel was in a good location, right off I-65. Overall it was average, nothing too special. The public areas were nice and classical. The room was clean and comfortable, but the walls seemed thin. You could hear every conversation in the hallway outside the room. The bathroom was also noisy, you could easily hear the occupants of the room next door.

When we checked in and went to our room the key they had given us was to a room they had already given to someone else!There was shoes and clothes all over the place and the bed was not made!. They did give us another room and apologized but it was a bad experience.

Very clean, a new hotel, friendly staff, room was of nice size and comfortable.
Fitness center didn't have weight lifting equipments.

Great Place and I would stay there again.

Comfortable beds, decent bathroom/shower, almost odd to see an older cathode-tube TV, but this is nit-picking. A very nice hotel!
