Excellent room, easy parking, close to major highway.

The hotel is very nice, but today one expects free Internet service. Even economy hotels/motels provide free Internet service. Charging a fee for this service is like charging a fee for television. This practice gives the impression of squeezing every dime possible from its guests.

Clean comfortable room, flat screen tv, attractive setting and lobby
staff in the hotel bar not helpful, limited room service hours

Had a pleasant stay in a nice room. Hotel is in a convenient location, however nothing nearby is really walkable.The front desk staff was very friendly, however the stay in the bar is not very helpful. It was TV's were broken and could not be changed.Per in room menu, room service was available until 12am, however actually stops at 10pm

It was very nice and close to the action.
They charge for the Internet. 12.95 per day.

Overall it is a nice hotel. Overcharging for every additional service. However, it has a nice Starbucks in the lobby.

Lobby was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Rollaway was provided with no extra cost.
There was a stain on the floor in the room. Pool hours during week were inconvenient.

Nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly.

Need a car to go anywhere.

The room was cozy and inviting, but the bathroom door was curiously out of place in an otherwise lovely room. The door needed replacement, but wasn't too bad. The lighting and appliances were first-rate. The room had a fridge and the staff brought us a microwave on request. The lobby was beautifully done too. One negative is the need for a car to go anywhere -- nothing within walking distance. Hotel shuttle to metro stops at 9 pm. The metro station is less than a mile away, but the area is deserted after dark and not completely safe to walk. Taxis are readily available though. read more
