Female at desk gave wrong attitude.

Hotel ws nice bar was nice good theme, lobby was comfortable to have coffee in the morning,

The swimming pool was definitely a great addition especially with kids.
Not being able to provide the room that I requested.

At my initial booking and getting my confirmation, I called the hotel immediately and requested that I would need double beds to fit my needs. I was told that it would be arranged. Upon arriving at 6:30 and checking in, I was told that I had a room with a kings size bed and that they could give me a roll away bed. I told them that I specifically requested a room with double beds. read more

Staff was accommodating and was very friendly.
Asked for a cot in the morning & we were told it would be delivered to our room. Came back in the evening & it wasn't in the room & had none left.

Hotel was very nice and had all the amenities you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to have their hands full with a number of weddings going on but still were able to handle it all.

Nice lobby and pleasant rooms. Very comfortable beds.
I would expect free Wi-Fi in room, but they charge for all internet access.

The concierge floor had a great lounge.

Join the rewards club you can get a free upgrade to the concierge floor if available and it is well worth it. Staff was great, place was clean and comfortable. Room was stocked and the concierge floor allowed for a great breakfast and evening snacks.

Exceeded expectations for a three star hotel. Bright, cheerful, clean, a great place to stay.
There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

The best three star hotel that I have ever stayed in. I hated to leave.
