Helpful, efficient staff.
For an airport hotel, it's pretty darn far from the airport.

It was a Marriott amenities & service levels were typical of their standards. I found it to be considerably farther from the BDL Airport than I anticipated. There were equally good providers located much closer to BDL.

Location was very convenient for me - easy to get to.
No real issues for me.

My experience has shown me that you can count on Marriott to get it right and this hotel is no exception.

Great location and very clean.
Room a bit smaller than expected but not bad.

Very clean and comfortable and easily accessible to the airport and interstate 91. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Facilites were clean for the most part.
Rooms were small.

We had a few issues-i.e. were given a key to a room which was already occupied and the resturant staff was not very friendly.

The hotel was just loaded with noisy little kids! We didn't get much sleep, but I don't know what they could do to prevent this.

Bathroom was too small.

Good location, friendly staff, we where looking for a room with 2 beds but they where sold out. they only had a single king. the bathroom was pretty small.

I am not happy at all with procaine, since you overbooked at residence inn nearby stony brook for two nights on oct.24 and 25.you sent us to nearby Hampton inn, we were not comfortable at all. You told us to give full 2 days credit back to our credit card, but still the credit was not back to our credit card. We are not happy at all!!! Please take care of this matter ASAP.
