The hotel was clean and comfortable, the tv programming could have been better, you cannot change the channel unless you started the process all over again of scanning through a bunch of crap that you was unnessary.

The hotel was in a great location. There are plenty of eateries around and not far from the major highways.
The Westchase Marriott was a pleasant and clean hotel with a nice staff. The location is perfect if you do not want to be right in the thick of things. Everything
is very close by.

The staff was less than accommodating. THe "battery" on my door lock was bad and it took well over an hour and three trips to the front desk to get the door repaired and enter my room.

Very well kept, the rooms were a bit dated, but very clean.
Please turn the room thermostat up from 55!
Very Nice staff, public space very attractive, rooms just a bit dated and very, very cold all night long! The cleaning staff does not need to turn the thermostat down to 55 degrees! Great location.

Open lobby, location, 100% non-smoking.
Not water very inconsistent in shower, restaurant was expensive, coffee: $3.00; starbucks.
Very nice overall. Friendly staff; clean rooms. I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights - the daily room service was great.
