Rooms were comfortable and well equipped.
$12.95 per day for Internet access.

It's hard to believe that a hotel of this class still charges almost $13 per day to connect to the Internet yet gives you HBO and numerous cable channels in the room price. I would rather have the Internet than the television. This one issue will keep me from returning to this nice hotel in the future.

The staff absolutely exceeded any expectations I may have had.
The draft beer at the bar was just plain lousy.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations, highlighted by the staff.

Food was great.
TV menu did not work.

We traveled with our 2 year old who loved the elevator and really enjoyed the restaurant; however, there was a party next door and we discovered beer bottles in the hallway the next morning--difficult to sleep when an obviously drunk man was knocking on doors looking for women to party with.
