Beautiful hotel, very spacious, very lively and upbeat.
Very crowded on a Friday night because of the gatherings.

First time guest at this hotel and I was very impressed. The lobby is beautiful, clean, spacious, and lively. The location is also great. With fast food places and nice restaurants within a few minutes drive, perhaps even a walk. The rooms are also very nice and clean.

No free water for the room.

I stayed here before, and easy access to all the restaurants on Westheimer.

Quiet and clean.
Breakfast was very expensive not any better than the free fare at other hotels.

I would only recommend this hotel if you do not spend the money on breakfast. We were stuck in a back corner of the dining area while they prepared for Thanksgiving meal. Staff was not responsive and the price for what we got was outrageous.

Front desk wasn't that friendly.

Everything was perfect except for the drain in the bathroom sink smelled like mildew. They cleaned it right away, but I could still smell it. Otherwise, it was beautiful and I would stay there again for sure.

It was clean and comfortable
tv was not user friendly

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the tv programming could have been better, you cannot change the channel unless you started the process all over again of scanning through a bunch of crap that you was unnessary.
