It was clean, and the staff was very friendly.
Too noisy. Kind of away from downtown. And even though we parked in the attached garage, directions to the registration were not clearly marked.

Overall, this hotel was nice, but kind of a let down after staying at the Hyatt downtown Indy just the weekend prior. I would only hope that the next time we use Priceline we would get to stay in a hotel more like the Hyatt than the Marriott.

They were very willing to change my room as my plans changed.
Parking was very expensive.

I could not be happier with my choice to stay here during my short time in Indianapolis! The hotel itself was immaculate and it was in an excellent area. My one complaint is that the parking was very expensive, but I guess that is to be expected when you stay near a convention center.

Very convenient location.
Hard to find parking garage.

Great hotel, but the kitchen caught on fire that morning and we had to evacuate the building. We were staying on the 12th floor and had to use the stairs. I admit it was a little scary, but the hotel handled the situation well.

Beautifully decorated and relaxing.
No selection of in room movies.

The hotel looked brand new, the room was very clean and well-decorated. Very comfortable and the lobby was beautiful. Loved that there was a Starbucks downstairs.

Convenient.
Add $30 for parking and $15 for Internet in room.

For a luxury hotel, I find it hard to believe that they don't offer wireless in the rooms. Internet is available but cost $14 a day. Parking is not available unless you valet at $30 a day.

Very nice rooms.
Front desk charged me for something when
I got there for no reason-over charge me $55 for internet and had to wait days to get charges reverse.

Everything was fine except no mention of $30 a night to park and there is no choice, but to pay because there is no where else to park downtown.
