Friendly staff, clean, and very comfortable.

We had a great view. The entire hotel was clean. The beds were too comfortable (I didn't want to leave). I've been scared to travel to New Orleans since I was a child, but I felt very safe here.

Relaxing and friendly stall.
Confusing parking.

My fiancé and I drove to New Orleans to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was the perfect location for visiting everything from the French Quarters, Aquarium, and much more. The staff welcomed us with a great spirit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone greeted us and were very friendly.
I had to go down the street behind the hotel to checkin. The street wasn't a very good street.

Very nice, clean, upscale and right in the middle of everything.

Everyone from the bell staff to the concierge and front desk were informative and friendly.

The hotel was very pretty and clean. We felt safe and well cared for by the staff. It was conveniently located for everything we wanted to see in the city.

Appearance.
Issues with Room.

I got to the hotel and noticed the appearance was nice and everything else. We started to take a shower to get ready to go out and the bathtub didn't drain very quickly. There were some outlet issues in the room and there was a light missing in the bathroom. Overall, we were there to place our head on the bed to sleep so it was well worth it.
