Location is great for early flights, or I guess any flight.
Coffee in the lobby would be a nice touch.

Located near the airport this hotel provides quick, easy access to MCI terminals. It's a great hotel for that night before an early flight. It's a little difficult to find in the dark unless you know where it is and there are no dining options available with the exception of the in house dining. The rooms, while a bit on the small side are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also smallish but again is clean and well maintained. They charge for Internet access which in this day and age is bogus. It's like charging for hot water. It's a business hotel for crying out loud, it should provide the tools that business travelers need. In spite of those gripes, if you are pulling into Kansas City at one in the morning and are catching a 6:00a.m. flight back to the real world, it is a good choice. read more

We did have a bit of trouble controlling the heat and it was warm.

We definitely plan to stay here on our next trip through KC.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean.
Had to walk through a bunch of guys working out in order to get to the pool. Very uncomfortable with that.

My overall stay was good. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were a bit smaller than advertised. The bed was extremely comfortable.

One person on staff was NOT NICE!

This hotel was nice. The only trouble we had was with one staff member who seemed put out when you asked a question. She seemed to hate her job. We also had a problem with a loud band playing one night in a tent until 11 pm. It was so loud we could here it on the 4th floor! You could here was the DJ was saying. We had specifically asked for a quite room. You could also hear the plans take off early every morning. read more

Very comfortable beds.
No negative comments.

We were attending a wedding and had 3 rooms at the hotel. The staff was excellent as was the food at the restaurant. We would stay there again!
