It took about 30 minutes after I walked from the front desk for security to get to my room to let me in. I had to call twice.

The beds were fabulous! Very comfortable!
I would have preferred not to have to pay for parking. $13 per day or $18 to valet. The parking at the Power and Light district is only $2!

The rooms were clean and okay sized.
When I checked in the people acted like they were too busy to help and didn't care if I had questions.

Close to Power and Light District.
They stuck me in the tower across the street; it's a trek to get there from the lobby.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. I did not like being stuck across the street from the main portion of the hotel. It doesnt feel like the safest neighborhood at night. With another person, it is better. It is close to the Sprint Center and Power and Light District for entertainment.

The location was excellent.
Seemed out of date and the bathroom was not in very good condition.

A very good location in the middle of downtown Kansas city. Although the room seemed average, the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my stay there very much.
