"Located close to a wide variety of shopping, dining and the zoo", this hotel wins raves for its ideal location, as well as for its "attractive and comfortable" rooms that feature "amazing beds"; the staff is "nice", the "breakfast buffet is good" enough and the indoor/outdoor pool wins fans, but "inconvenient parking" and housekeeping issues bother a few reviewers.

The room was quiet (very important to me) very lux bedding is also important. Great room service food and hot tub/Starbucks!
No spa treatments offered.

I love this hotel! The remodel they have done is super contemporary and fun! All it's missing is free continental breakfast and a spa!

Bed was comfy.
Bathroom was tiny.

The front desk lady could not find our reservation. It took her 30 minutes to get us found and us our room. Then to find out when we got home they charged us also. So I had to call the hotel to request a refund. Said it will take 3-5 days to get the refund. I was not too happy about being charged twice.

Ideal setting, close to major thoroughfares, very modern and swank facilities.

Fantastically convenient location close to restaurants, shopping and local nightlife. Modern facilities with beds that would make you think you're at home. The staff is courteous, and readily accessible. Great for the business traveler and family as well.
