Nice open space.
Restaurant was overpriced and terrible food. No convenient alternatives.

If you don't plan to spend much time at the hotel, it is a bargain through Priceline. The rate was 3 times what I paid.

Was the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.
No mini-fridge in the room.

We had a nice stay and it was convenient to the UT football game. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was fabulous.
Not enough employees in bar/restaurant for the evening.

Overall experience was great. Room was nice and clean. Lobby personnel were friendly. I was there during a college football game and there was only one waitress in the bar/lounge area. She had her hands full.

Location near Neyland Stadium, beautiful lobby, friendly employees.
Proximity to restaurants.

The process was flawless checking in and out. Comfortable room and in room extras. Convenient parking and access to stadium shuttle.

Good location.
Charge $10 for internet access.

Great location to attend Vols football game. About a mile away from the stadium. Walking distance to good restaurants. Nice room. Would recommend. Only downer was the $10 extra charge for internet access.

The staff was very good.
The restaurant.

The restaurant was awful. I felt like I was in the book "Amelia Bedelia." The food was good but the wait staff spoke such poor English that every order was messed up. Even when I pointed to something on the menu it got messed up. They didn't even know how to do basic stuff like give us silverware and menus. Really bad. The cook did a good job by coming out to apologize and the hotel staff did their best to fix the problems when we ordered room service but the restaurant is really awful in the service area which is so important. It was so bad it couldn't have been worse. read more

The overall design of the hotel was amazing and the hotel made me feel safe.
The construction all around the hotel made it hard to find and difficult to get to.

This was a great hotel and I would stay there again the only thing that bothered me was they wanted to charge me 10 dollars to use the web I felt as if they were trying to nickel and dime me.
