The rooms are a bit on the small side but nicely appointed.

Excellent hotel overall and I would stay again given the chance.

Our room was elegant and the restaurant was superb!
Nothing.

The entire hotel was definately upscale and was one of the best during our entire 2 week travel. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful for our local area and continuing travel inquires.

They gave our room away.

We arrived late, which should not have made a difference since our room was paid, and they had given our room away. My husbands flight was late and we arrived after midnight. We were tired and they sent us to a hotel across the road. It was not a pleasant experience.

The interior decor of the facility is absolutely beautiful!
The noise at 2:30 am after a wedding party in the hotel that night.

This was the most wonderful hotel and we happened to be there on a night when there were 3 weddings! The staff was very professional and the atmosphere that night in the lobby was electric with all of the excitement from the receptions!

The hotel staff was very courteous and understanding to our needs.

The hotel was beautiful. On a trip with ten cheerleaders ranging from 8 years old to 13 years old, the hotel completely surpassed our expectations. My daughter could not get over how great the breakfast in bed (room service) was. It was definitely worth the price. We all wished we could have stayed longer. I will be recommending this facility to those I know who would like a nice place to stay in Lexington, KY. Thanks so much! read more
