Free wireless internet in each room. Told not available at my level.

Under renovation and new franchise relationship with Hilton. Gaps in service evident.

They were very accommodating and friendly. It was very clean and a upscale place to stay!
I would have enjoyed late checkout but due to their occupancy it was not possible.

I felt like I was at a vacation place. I read and relaxed and enjoyed the facilities.

Comfort, cleanliness, room location, location.

We received excellent front desk service for the short time we were there. The room was on a corner with balcony & the bed was very comfortable. For what we paid for the room we were very pleased.

I always prefer hotels with premium linens w/ comforter(hate those 'hotel bedsreads'!) & a balcony.All were excellent & very clean at the Marriott.
The water in the outdoor pool was very cold

The hotel was great.I was treated wonderful my entire stay. My opinion is everyone working at this Marriott goes above & beyond for the guests. My only complaint was the pool was very cold & I think it should have been heated.

Quality bed, linens plus the food and room service was great!
I felt the HVAC struggled to keep up with my preferred temperature while sleeping.

Convenient location, excellent amenities, clean.
Needed bellman, receptionist could be more discreet (not saying room number aloud).

Great place. Recommend it highly. Will stay here again. Free parking is cool. Amenities (pools, gym, gift shop, golf course) are promo. Front-desk employees could be better trained but are earnest and helpful.

Great location, great rooms, great bedding

The Marriott Griffin Gate was a wonderful resort with golf, spa, pool, dining, a bar, and shops. Many rooms have balconies and you can dine outdoors overlooking the golf course. Bedding was fine quality and so comfortable.
