No complimentary WiFi in the rooms, you had to go around the corner to McDonald's.

Concierge and staff was great.

Nice, clean hotel and located conveniently near the NE corner of Hyde Park, shopping on London's Oxford street and approximately 1 mile north of Buckingham Palace. There was London Underground access right outside the hotel.

This location was perfect for a vacation.
Their exchange rate was too high.

This was my first trip to London and I really could not have done better than this hotel. The staff was fantastic. The concierge was extremely helpful. The room was luxurious. The Tube stop was 50 feet away. The bus stop was 100 feet away. A main train station was 10 minutes by taxi. Hyde Park is across the street. Oxford street is one block. I would highly recommend this hotel. read more

Service, room, gym, pool were all what I expect. Did not disappoint!
Everything was great!

You must stay at the Marriott Park Lane. I have been to London many times and this hotel and staff go beyond their duty to make your stay enjoyable. The best stay in London ever. The location is convenient for the tube (Marble Arch).
