Small hotel, excellent location. Was able to check in at 10 o'clock in the morning which was great after an all night transatlantic flight.

Great location, near buses, subway, shopping. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful for 1st time visitors to London. They suggested we take the Hop On Hop Off tour bus and provided the tickets for us to purchase.

Location and all in all good hotel.
They had my name wrong listed me as someone else but not my first name nor gender and when I asked for them to change the billing name they didn't.

All in all a good stay, room was a bit small but, great location 1st day good staff at check out different story. Better then many but not what should be called 5 stars by any means ... a nice 4star in the center of London.

Convenient, modern, quiet.
Housekeeping was erratic - forgotten chocolates, soap, frayed towels. The soap & shampoo smelled horrible.

Hotel was very modern and clean. Staff were mostly friendly - the concierge staff and security were great. Front desk a little less so. We had an inside room - it faced another wing of the hotel. Quiet! Since we were only in it to sleep, we didn't care.

Excellent location, no sounds from outside to be heard while at very busy streets.
Ticking noise from airco woke us up at night, room got hot without airco.

When in a busy town like London, it is really great to be able to come to a quiet place after a day in the rush. If only they could do sth about the ticking noise that came out of the airco (5th floor room). It woke us up teh first night; We swtched it off but then it got realy hot in the rooms. (weather was exceptionally hot when we were there).
