Unimpressive small lobby.

The staff was great, the pool looked great, the fitness center was more than adequate. As with most 5 star
hotels, they cleaned my room more than once a day. I stayed in several 5 star
hotels on Park Lane, this one is the smallest, but as good as the others.

I loved the clean and spacious room.
The restaurant service was not up to par.

Great location, courteous staff, and very clean rooms. Food and food service staff were not of the quality one would expect.

Location and all in all good hotel.
They had my name wrong listed me as someone else but not my first name nor gender and when I asked for them to change the billing name they didn't.

All in all a good stay, room was a bit small but, great location 1st day good staff at check out different story. Better then many but not what should be called 5 stars by any means ... a nice 4star in the center of London.

15 pound for internet connection and no Wi-Fi in rooom.

In the heart on London across from Marble Arch. Recently renovated rooms, great beds, flat screen, very quiet and helpful staff. Live wake up calls, but the 15 pound for internet with no Wi-Fi seemed excessive. Nice pool and work out facility. Staff was great, but not super helpful in terms of concierge knowledge. A great hotel that I would stay at again.
