Good bar; friendly desk staff, good maintenance of room.
Room faced a wall; hardly any light.

Great location near Marble Arch tube stop. Refurbished, converted into a Marriott, so not a true five-star property. Otherwise a pleasant stay and price was reasonable by London standards.

Solid four star hotel with a great location, the hotel primarily caters to business travelers. It has a wonderfully central location.

Room entry card did not work on 2 occasions, maid came in during a nap.

Service, room, gym, pool were all what I expect. Did not disappoint!
Everything was great!

You must stay at the Marriott Park Lane. I have been to London many times and this hotel and staff go beyond their duty to make your stay enjoyable. The best stay in London ever. The location is convenient for the tube (Marble Arch).

WI-FI not included in room rate.

This is the best hotel we have ever used in London. The location is superb and our room was clean, comfortable and huge by London standards.
