Location
Inability to maintain control of their hotel.
While the room and hotel are nice, they unfortunately lost control of the hotel on the night I was there to a large and wild group of college students who treated the hotel like their dormitory. From 11:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. we were terrorized with banging on the doors, yelling, screaming, doors slamming and "anonymous" phone calls. A VERY bad experience.

Location, efficient, comfortable, and spacious room.
Nothing in hotel for very early departure (before 6 am) in the way of getting something to eat.

The location to the waterfront was great.
Great location. Our room was very comfortable and we could see the Aquarium and Marina right out our window. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The hotel is really beautiful and the staff always helpful and friendly.

Excellent location to the Aquarium, loved the huge flat screen TV and modern decor. Short walking distance to Quincy market. A great price from Priceline.

Excellent location. Easy access to night life and food.
Not as luxurious as expected. Rooms were not aesthetically pleasing.
All in all it was good not great! We expected more from this hotel in terms of staff friendliness and especially room accommodations. The location won us over as it was a stones throw away from Quincy market and the harbor. But the room was not as glamorous nor comforting as expected.

Location, location, location.
The location was terrific, almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Great hotel in every way and we would definitely stay there again.

Location, cleanliness, and friendly employees.
Very bad service in cocktail lounge, food not good, and it took 20 minutes to get a sandwich and banna split only 1 scoop of ice cream for 9 dollars.
Great location. Walking distance to quincy market and aquarium. Rooms were neat and clean.

Cncierge -got my a boarding passes-cookies at front desk.
Enjoyed the view on the bay; all staff were friendly and professional. Would go back for sure!

Location, quality, cleanliness, friendliness of staff.
Cost of parking.
Beautiful hotel on the waterfront of downtown Boston - within walking distance of the Freedom Trail and a myriad of excellent restaurants. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable.
