The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was wonderful.
This hotel is a great choice when staying in Boston. The staff was very professional and personable. The rooms are comfortable and attractive. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Perfect location.
The hotel staff was so nice and professional. Many were 15+ year employees. A compliment to Marriot. The rooms exceeded our expectations. Down pillows and covers, bath and body products, small refrigerator. It was perfect in every way.

The hotel provided us with everything that we could possible have wanted. Perfect location!
Breakfast buffet is delicious but too expensive. Eat outside at any of the harbor restaurants.
I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. It is the perfect place to park your car and walk around the harbor and all that Boston has to offer. There is a Starbucks located in the lobby and great restaurants right outside the doors. Talk to the Bellmen because they know it all.

The room temperature defective.
Excellent location, in front of a subway station, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice indoor pool, walking distance from Faneuil Hall. Would get back again.
