Comfort and convenience to airport.

The Marriott was a great place to land after traveling from New Zealand. It provided me with great comfort and relaxation after a long, long flight.

3 different restaurants.
Over charged by room service by $10. He told me I had to pay cash and had no receipt.

I truly think that room service has a con game going on. There was no record of my order at the front desk the next morning and I am out $10.00! It's sad because all I remember about my stay is that I was trying to find out why I was told I had to pay cash! I was stuck in the lobby for about an hour with no answer. One employee ruined my stay. No answers and no over charge refund. I hope that employee put my cash to good use! read more

Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Poor service at Champions.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for all attractions in the L.A. area. The Sports Bar Champions had horrible service! The valet parking was a little steep
at $29.00/night.

Having to pay $23 to park overnight

Everything about it was very nice except for the cost of parking. Twenty three dollars a night to park is pretty expensive.

Fantastic swimming pool for children, very friendly staff, and convenient to LAX.
Housekeeping did not clean under the beds as I found previous guests' belongings under bed.

$ 23 charge per day to self park car.

Hotel OK - extra charge $ 23 to self-park car outside destroys the value and distorts price comparison with all other hotels.

Very close to the airport and easy to get to off the highway.
Tine for the shuttle was given how often but not at what time.

I was only there for 6 hours but it provided all I needed.
