Large reception, area comfortable.
The hotel did not anticipate USC football crowd and did not have enough servers in the lobby restaurant.
Good...nice accommodations in the room etc. immaculate.

Beautiful lobby and common areas.
Rooms a little musty. Hotel definitely shows age when you leave main floor.
A great location. Safe and comfortable. Terrific service. It's a little old and the upper floors reflect that, but it had obviously been updated. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms well appointed.

$ 30 paying for 12 hour parking in the hotel is outrageous. Many 3 and up star hotel providing free parking for their customers.

The hotel was glamorous and the staff spoiled us.
Every extra featured cost more than attractions at Disneyland.
Perfect way to finish off a vacation. The friendly staff was accommodating from the moment we pulled up. The decadent bed was an ultra comfortable pillow top with high thread count linens. The view was great from the 9th floor.

Super comfortable bed, with many pillows!
No free internet access. Old furniture and TV. Very inconvenient and expensive parking system.
Beautiful lobby, very friendly and a helpful staff. The room decor (furniture and TV) is quite old, but the bed is very comfortable with many pillows.

Great price, and good location for our intentions.
Poor service in coffee shop; high daily parking charge.
Good downtown hotel for a short stay. Friendly and efficient valets, not so helpful desk clerk.
