Beautiful Lobby, nice patio area, nice restaurants (even though we did not eat here).
Did not know in advance the parking price, the room was a little older.

All and all, the Hotel is very nice, the lobby area is gorgeous, the restaurants seem nice. I personally think for weekend stays, the parking price should be lower as in Downtown Los Angeles, all the Parking Rates are lower during the weekend.

Its location for where I needed to go.
The fee for parking a car had gone up to $30.

The hotel is a large Marriott in downtown Los Angeles. It is well suited to the business traveler. The hotel personel are very helpful and friendly and the room was large, clean and had a good view.

Awesome hotel, super clean and elegant. The staff was very friendly to my children and welcomed them throughout the lounge.

People were rude.

This hotel was nice but old. The rate for this hotel is 3.5 star but I think the customer service was more like 2.5 star hotel.

The view of downtown, beautiful entrance, comfortable bed.
Water temperature.

Everything was great other than the water temperature in the shower. It would be warm, then cold and then I had to keep messing with it to get it warm again. Then, it was too hot and then cold again.
