Such friendly, professional staff and VERY CLEAN!

In all my hotel stays over the years, this is by far the best experience I've had. I could not have been treated any nicer by every staff member I encountered. That is a
huge must to impress me along with the cleanliness.

Best staff I have ever encountered - they went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
Believe hotel is located near firehouse as there were numerous fire truck sirens throughout the night. Not too loud though.

Clean, classy hotel for the cost in downtown0
Food pricing was very high.

Great property, location to downtown and 4th St Live area is excellent. rooms were clean, just be prepared for high priced food/drinks.

Great customer service, the room we stayed in had a beautiful view of Louisville downtown.
The hotel was great, there were just a few things that I expected from a 3 star hotel. Microwave, a better coffee maker.

I loved how there is a Starbucks downstairs in the lobby with a nice restaurant pub right by it. Walking distance to many attractions downtown.

Prices of the Sports Bar Champs were very high.
