Food pricing was very high.

Great property, location to downtown and 4th St Live area is excellent. rooms were clean, just be prepared for high priced food/drinks.

Great customer service, the room we stayed in had a beautiful view of Louisville downtown.
The hotel was great, there were just a few things that I expected from a 3 star hotel. Microwave, a better coffee maker.

I loved how there is a Starbucks downstairs in the lobby with a nice restaurant pub right by it. Walking distance to many attractions downtown.

25.00 parking, 13.50 per night for internet .

We were traveling with our older daughter and we got a separate room for her. When we walked into the hotel rooms the beds looked so inviting, but once we got in them they were the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. I was really shocked about the poor quality of the pillows, we tossed and turned all night. I was really shocked about the 13.50 per night for wireless internet. No refrigerators, I really do not want to stay there again. read more

It was clean, modern and staff was friendly. The little touches made all the difference.

This hotel is in the heart of downtown Louisville, located so you can walk or take a short cab ride to anything and everything. It was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was blown away by the service and little touches - from the Starbucks guy remembering my drink order to the valet asking if I needed directions each time to the flavored water in the lobby. Of the 3.5 star hotels in downtown Louisville, hands down, this one was my favorite - and I've stayed at them all! read more
