Bedding was the most comfortable I've experienced at a hotel ever.
Cost of parking.

This hotel was fantastic. This was my first Priceline experience and I was thrilled when I arrived. We were in town to attend an event at the Convention Center. It was a rainy week-end so it was great that this hotel had a sky-walk into the Convention Center. Service was excellent, staff was helpful and friendly, and the beds were heavenly. The most comfortable and restful night in a hotel in years. Cheers to Priceline. I would definitely use the service again and again in future. read more

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. Everything was easy to understand and utilize. We had a fabulous trip.

Too expensive for all the extras.

I don't think you should have to pay $25 per car to park in their garage when you are a guest in there hotel.

Courteous staff, comfortable accommodations, nice restaurants/lounge and excellent location!
No fridge in room.

The hotel is extremely nice and clean. The bedding is very comfortable. All staff were helpful and courteous.

Staff was very nice.
21.00 per day to park, 12.95 per day for internet access.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. But the extras that they stick you with were too much in my opinion. I expected to pay for parking, but in a hotel just down the street with the same star quality only charged 12.00 per day, they charged 21. Then at the same down the street hotel I had free wireless access. At this hotel I was required to pay 12.95 per day (unless I used in their lobby). Their TV channel selection was also very very poor for a 4 star hotel. read more

The bedding was clean and comfortable. The room smelled fresh and towels were soft and white without stains.
No shower cap and sewing kit in the bathroom.

The room was extremely nice, comfortable and smelled fresh. No smoking was indeed respected. Location was at walking distance to restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I wish the restaurant would have had a bigger menu.

This hotel was very comfortable and friendly. The rooms were neat and clean, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
