Location was fantastic, everything else was not.
Service was arrogant, slow and poor, outside area unclean.

If I was paying anything more than Priceline, rates I would be extremely disappointed.

The view was exceptional.
I could not get two beds as I was promised and no water in the vending machines.

The accommodations were nice. The view was great, but it also overlooked the roof of the entrance which had trash on it.

The lobby was beautiful and stylish and the staff were friendly.
The rooms did not have WiFi - only DSL (and it was not free - it was too expensive).

The hotel lobby and bar were stylish and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and simple - perfect for a business traveler or even a weekend getaway. The pool looked pretty but I didn't get a chance to swim.

We really were impressed with this hotel especially since we got it through Priceline and it was very affordable.
Husband really disliked pillows on bed. Our room was extremely dusty. Windows were in need of a good washing.

Modern hotel, with upscale lobby, bar and patio.
Valet parking only.

Nice hotel for business travelers. The lobby was very with an outdoor heated sitting area and nice bar. The only downside was the valet only parking, even though they have a giant parking garage, you have to valet. Not much around the hotel, but a short drive to 3rd St Promenade.
