This is a very nice hotel! Very upscale! The pool room is awesome. The lobby area is a little cold. I would stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable beds.
Traveled with kid - no disney channal for kids.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, very comfortable beds. There was a conference at the hotel so the restaurant was very busy - it took a long time to get our food. We traveled with children and the TV did not offer kid friendly channels.

Very friendly and accommodating staff!
Noise from the housekeeping room next door.

Very nice hotel! Great location right off the interstate. Looked and smelled very nice! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The only minus was our room must have been next to the housekeeping storage/laundry, and there was a continuous rolling sound (probably the carts) which was extremely bothersome when my kids were trying to sleep.

The rooms were absolutely quiet with comfortable beds and absolutely sparkling cleanliness.
The television was disconnected in back so we had to call a maintenance worker and the radio alarm was left on so it went off at 5:30 a.m.

The hotel was in a quiet area with a well-lit parking lot, so we felt comfortable that our car would not be vandalized. When we needed the maintenance person, he came immediately and was very professional. We did not use either the restaurants or other facilities, so our comments are about the room only, which we found excellent.
