The rooms were up to date, clean, and spacious.
Did not have free internet in the rooms.

I loved this hotel! located right down in city center and attached to the sky walk, there is anything you could want within walking distance. Our room was on the 29th floor, and luxurious. The motel is quiet, and very up to date. Linen, Bed and Pillows were the best! Temperature was controlled perfectly, and the bathroom was nice and large as well. We look forward to staying there again! read more

Slow service in bar/lounge.

Over all the hotel was great. Very, very, clean hotel. Excellent staff. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, strip clubs, and bars. Try Auggies for some of the greatest food you'll ever taste. The only real weakness was the service in the bar/lounge. It took forever to get a drink. Might just have been because of the big crowd. Anyway loved the Hotel.

Location to Skywalk, train, parking, and easy of getting around.
Room did not have hair dryer or refrigerator. The level I booked should have had these things.

Easy to find off of 94. Discount parking next to hotel with easy to follow directions to hotel registration desk. Quiet hallways and clean. Clean, fresh smelling, and large room. Bedding very comfortable and high quality. Friendly, and helpful staff. Direct access to Skywalk and rail train that gets you to mall of America, and other MN attractions fast and cheap. Taxi cabs plentiful at front entrance. Nice bar. Did not eat at hotel. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance in Skywalk. Take one elevator to level 5 to register and then take a different elevator to room levels. Elevators plentiful and fast. read more

Reception on the 5th floor is difficult - it took 2 separate elevators to get to the room from the front door.
