We were very disappointed. We called to confirm our arrival 10/24/09. When we arrive at 2:00 AM we were told there was not a room and there was a room available up the street. We will never stay in a Marriott again.

The hotel was very neat and clean. The room was comfortable and the pool was fun for the whole family.

Door states bar closes at 12 midnight, I was using internet in lobby at 11:30 PM, but bar close at 11:30 before I could get a night cap.

Towels were not clean; various levels of soil and lipstick---horrible experience.
Good hotel and location. Concierge level closed but no one informed us about this fact. Room was fine except that the towels were not clean as noted above. Totally unacceptable for the price I paid and really unacceptable at any price.

Great - everything I would expect from a Marriott
It is a pleasant hotel. Very nice looking on the outside and the inside. Rooms are classic Marriott. Clean, nice decor, great beds (linens, mattress). There is a Starbucks in the hotel that is great and there is an Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa in the hotel as well which is why I went there this trip. Very nice spa. Great services and great employees. Definitely going back. Also, near a lot of places, Mystic, both casinos in CT. Highly recommend this hotel and location. read more
