Very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Staff very courteous.
Not much to complain about really enjoyed our stay.

Very good atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of things to do without having to leave the Hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location. The amenities were above expectation. The parking was convenient and free. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect about 5 minutes from downtown, five minutes to Opryland, 3 minutes to the airport. The only negative was that the staff was not very informed about Nashville. It would be nice to have had a concierge desk or at least have a few people on the staff that could give us some detailed information about Nashville. read more

Staff was very friendly and helpfull.
Food was alittle pricey-along with snacks and drinks.

Very clean and well kept up, will consider staying there again.

The staff was very friendly.
The room smelt like it was smoking previously.

The hotel is located close to the airport and within a short drive to downtown. The area can be congested getting to the hotel, so traffic was a slight issue. The grounds are average. While the hotel is nice, I did not feel like I was in a luxury hotel. Sharing 2 double beds was an inconvenience for me and my wife. I preferred a king room, but wasn't able to get one. Room service, restaurant and incidentals seemed overpriced. Business Center required a purchased code for internet access. Overall, very average. read more

Pillows were too fat, the thick comforter was too warm.

Luxurious, beautiful, sophisticated and friendly. The only complaint was the bedding, with too thick pillows and the blanket was also too thick, or they should have offered a thinner blanket.
