The hotel was clean.

Overall, the hotel was nice. The rooms were smaller than expected and the food was a disappointing. If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay than this is your spot.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The wifi was not free and the hotel parking was expensive.

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The soda machine ate our quarters, but a room service attendant happened to catch me and immediately brought the soda to our room. The staff was quick to respond to our minor requests. There is a modest gym and a clean shallow pool.

Very convenient location, nice clean rooms!
Expensive parking. $19 to self park per day.

Nice hotel within a short drive to 2nd ave where all the action is. Clean neat and helpful staff. Only downfall for us was the $19 self parking fee per day.

It had a bed.
Location is false, parking awful, charged us twice for valet parking and we didn't even use it once.

It wasn't downtown which made our short trip exactly what we didn't want. The parking at the hotel was unbelievable! You have to pay $19 for self park and thats what we did and they charged us double for valet parking. They did fix it for us.Would never stay at this hotel again just because of the parking and location.

BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT location.
Valet removed floor mat and put in back seat, leaving debris on seats.

I loved everything about this place - lovely hotel, great atmosphere.

Amazing bed.
No refrigerator in room.

Overall the hotel was great. If Vanderbilt would have had a football game we could have watched it from our window. The room was a little small and the walls did not muffle noise from adjacent rooms.
