Staff was friendly and helpful, and there is a free shuttle to downtown.

Family and I stayed with children aged 2, 11 and 13. The pool was nice, room was comfortable, and food was close-by. A nice stay.

Very friendly staff. Great view from hotel room!
Parking was a bear. No Free TV.

Recommend to all. Good for a romantic stay or for business. We want to come back for a Vandy game and stay here!

Provided complimentary shuttle within 2 miles of the hotel.
No free parking.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service they provided was excellent. They gave you a cell number to call for pick up and it was wonderful. The night manager was the best. We called for reservations at a nearby restaurant and they were booked, we went down to the front desk for a recommendation for another place to eat and she recommended the same place. We told her they were booked for the night, she made a phone call and got us in. She is the best. We had a great time and our stay here was a great choice. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. I would love to stay there again if I get a chance to go back. read more

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
I thought they should of had free wireless internet.

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly except for the driver of the free shuttle. He was very rude and inconsiderate.

Everything looked very elegant.
There was no fridge in the rooms. $20 to park.

I was in charge of a bachelorette party and this was a great place for us to stay. The rooms were beautiful, it wasn't too far from downtown and the beds were really comfortable. There were only 2 things I didn't like, (1) No fridge in the room. (2) I didn't care to pay to park, but it was an extra $20 (times three cars) that was unexpected. Room was attractive.
Check-in was horrible.

They did not have our rooms ready when we went to check-in and it was past the time you could check-in. The front desk was very impolite and made us feel as if we were an imposition to them. They did not offer an apology or any type of compensation for our troubles. We had to wait in the lobby for over 45 minutes.

Great location and shuttle to Downtown was very convenient.
This is one of those hotels that will nickel & dime you to death.

Great location. The hotel is just on the outskirts of Downtown so you're able to get to the hotel without battling Downtown traffic. They have a free shuttle that'll take you Downtown. The beds and bedding were some of the best I've experienced. Parking was a little pricey.

No concierge available.

Fairly new hotel, never nice decor. Extremely friendly staff, especially valets and dinner staff. Great location with numerous very good restaurants in walking distance.
