"Across the street from some of the best shopping in Southern California" on Fashion Island, this "beautiful", newly renovated hotel pleases guests who love the "two pool areas, both with whirlpools", "plush and cozy" rooms and sweet touches like "lemonade in the lobby" and "earphones in the workout room"; the "friendly staff" is a further plus, but some take issue with "small" chambers and the "extra" parking and Internet charges.

Beautiful. loved it all, including valet service.
25.00 parking valet fee is ridiculous for hotel guests.

Wonderful view, loved the pool fire pits. Hotel staff courteous and friendly. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for the memories. Chris Patrinas.
