The staff at reception desk were very unfriendly.

The hotel can do a better job, specially the people at the front desk need to be trained to improve their people skills.

Its location near St. John's University was perfect.
It was very noisy but then all NY hotels usually are.

It served my needs very well with clean room and bath. The restaurant is in need of some renovation however the staff was courteous and friendly. It is located well for the Queens area.

Close to airport.
Front desk staff was repeatedly not helpful.

The carpeting was shabby & staff at front desk was not customer friendly to people unfamiliar with the area. The hotel shuttle took very long to pick me up. In fact, at 10:30 pm, I was one of only 2 persons standing outside of baggage claim. Not safe!

Friendliness of staff and the room was excellent.
No where to get food other than room service.

Nice location if you are going to LGA or flushing meadows perfect for business travelers or easy access to airport. Stroll to park nice in day but zero at night and the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Forced to eat room service at exorbitant prices. Staff fantastic, bit difficult to access due to traffic, but nice once there.
