Helpful staff. Scanned and faxed documents quickly and for free.
No free Internet.

The hotel was comfortable and attractive. Room was spacious, plenty of light, and I was glad to get the free paper the next morning. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Provided a great room, late check out and business services promptly and with a smile and a real desire to be of assistance.

it need some updating, the furniture is old.

The hotel was okay but concidering is a Marriott the hotel decorations and the furniture are very much out dated.They need to remodel .

Beds very comfortable, separate vanity area.
Elevators were very far from parking and entrance.

Bed was very comfortable, hotel charges for parking, couldn't get 1 king bed because they said they were sold out, and had to go up and down stairs because elevators were very far from the bottom floor entrance. Was given a late check-out as a courtesy.

Easy freeway access.
Long hallways almost jail-like. Recent make-over to the hotel but still had run-down feel.

It was okay. Didn't like that I had to pay for parking. Room was clean, but felt like I was staying at a dump that had just recently had a make-over. I might stay there again, but would consider other hotels in the area first. The staff was very friendly.

The neatness, the coffee, the small refrigerator, the TV/cable, the sink apart from bathroom and coffee area, the it had a desk/table, cloth area and pillows.
Leisure chair was too old and sinks when you sit. You can hear the neighbors.

Overall excellent, loved staying at this hotel, this was my second time and will be back again. I love California and even though our business be in another area like Pasadena, or industrial city or even LA we like staying at your hotel. Our rooms were cleaned when we got back and that was the greatest pleasure and relief, no waiting. Thank you.

Staff was very unkind, they tried to charge extra $25 for extra bed.
