Room was clean and generally in good condition.
$14 for parking.

Check in was quick and uneventful. The elevator was out of service, so we carried our luggage up stairs. There are no television channels that are not pay per view (unless you count a collection of 4 what are more or less long music videos titled for time of day you should view them). I may have missed it in the fine print, but the $14 parking fee took me by surprise.

The bed was very beautiful and comfortable.
It didn't have complementary breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the room was lovely and felt inviting. The staff was fantastic, when I arrived I heard a baby crying in the next room and she promptly and gladly changed my room to another floor. Overall it was great and I would return for sure.

Not enough lighting. Location of room was near elevators.

Great freeway access with restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was great and room was very clean with a comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

Room size good. Clean. Sink in separate space.
Bathroom quite small with toilet and shower. Sink was not in bathroom, and was on carpet (bad idea?) and the counter top was tiny so hard to share.

All airport hotels are right on train tracks in Ontario, so potential for very noisy night, but our room was on other side, so was ok. Great buffet breakfast, but not cheap! Similar priced hotels offer free breakfast. 12 dollar price tag to park was unexpected and annyoying.
