Waiting time at airport for shuttle.

Hotel is typical Marriott. Only complaint is the excessive wait and driving around the airport to pick up other guests.

The staff were eager to help assist customers.
Paying for overnight parking however we did have in out privileges.

This was a great hotel. The staff was eager to assist customers and went the extra mile to accommodate our request of connecting rooms. The gym and pool were very nice. The rooms were large and comfortable. We didn't eat in the on site restaurant but looked at the menu and felt items were reasonably priced. Check out was fast and efficient.

Nice pool, close to freeway and amenities, close enough to amusement parks.
Parking, room service over priced.

Excellent hotel for the price I paid. Good for adults and younger kids. The pool and grounds are great and well kept. Stay away from the room service. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Room size was great.
$9 daily charge for parking and there was an event that used all the parking and a band outside out room until 12:30 AM.

Hotel was very large and nice. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. However, there was a $9/day charge for parking and $12 if you used valet. I'm OK with that but there was an event at the hotel that evening that made it impossible to find a parking space. Also there was an outdoor event that had a band which was outside our room and the music kept us awake. I called the front desk to see how long it would last and they said Well, officially it should end at 12:30. It did end about 1 AM. At checkout no one asked how our stay was and didn't really seem to care. They do have a convenient kiosk for airline check-in. read more
