Food prices.

Room was excellent, very comfortable and clean. Pool and hot tub were clean, and the late pool hours were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed linen was wonderful.
The lobby was under construction as was as the level to the pool tripping hazard!

Hotel was clean, bedding and beds were soft and very comfortable.Some construction going on.

It was close to the event we had.
Valet parking! When I needed access to my car I had
to call.

We loved our stay at the Marriott, but the valet parking was a pain!

Perfect location for the concert at the Amway Arena!
I have no complaints what so ever!

Great location to and from the Arena. Very convenient to the main I-4 Highway! Clean and comfortable with very friendly staff! What more can one ask for!

The hotel was very convenient to where I needed to be.
The water heater broke down the first day, but they were quick to make good on it.

The hotel was actually better than I'd expected it to be based on other evaluations. The neighborhood was not a bad neighborhood at all. It's just downtown. The valet parking was also not bad even though the parking lot is not secure. Overall, I plan on staying there every time I need to be closer to my downtown venues.

Good location, clean, didnt like the no option valet park for $15, the bathroom toliet was repaired a couple of times and should be replaced.

It was quiet.
The front desk staff was rude.

The hotel itself was ok. I didnt like that fact that is was mandatory valet parking, but they charged you $14 for it. If its mandatory they shouldnt charge you for it.

Location and service.
The shower pressure was very low and hard to adjust.

Nice entrance area with easy check-in service. The room was clean and the maid service was great everyday. I would recommend this hotel to others who want to stay in that area.

Nice lobby, public area, good fitness and pool and 2nd floor deck.
Parking situation was uncomfortable.

Surprised by the extra charge for forced valet parking at 15 dollars a day, never mentioned up front. Shocked into submission on arrival, no choice. Changes your view of all that follows to be frank, the room was just ok, nice that one could open the windows. It is an older hotel but clean, and quiet, pool was nice and the deck area. Good location but heavy traffic each night as a basketball venue is across the street great location for downtown Orlando which was lively at night and dead during the day - great park within walking distance - great hotel for walking as the car was trapped ok experience overall. read more
