The pool
The price of everything at the hotel.
I have stayed at many Marriott's from resorts to Courtyard's and this one I was disappointed. I may have expected too much so that might be the problem. The staff was very nice and the hotel was pretty. I thought the rooms were old, we couldn't get the double stroller out the door without closing it up! It was a maze to get to the pool, and things at the hotel were VERY expensive. We spent more in one night at this hotel than we did two nights at a different resort. read more

Great atmosphere and not located in a congested area.
Did not like the trek to and from the parking lot.
This hotel was excellent. It had a great mix of dining, activities, atmosphere, and amenities. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It have stayed here twice and I would return again and again.

Location and restaurants.
Quality of the rooms and the valet expense.
The rooms needed to be updated. The valet was expensive and inconvenient.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the pool was awesome!
No wireless internet was available in the rooms and wired internet was $2.00 per minute which was very disappointing!
The hotel and its facilities were very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The pool area is the best that I have experienced thus far. My only complaints are the fact that wireless internet is not available in the rooms (which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion) and that parking was $12.78 per day. I can accept the parking fee but the lack of wireless internet in a resort caliber hotel is very, very shocking to me! read more

The location was great. Beautiful resort. We loved the pool and fitness center. A plus.
We enjoyed our stay at this resort. We visited Animal Kingdom and we pleasantly surprise to see how close we where to Disney. We would be returning to this resort.

Great pools. The main one is huge! Plus another large, quieter pool
The bathroom was
really small - could barely shut the door.
Very large hotel but felt safe with gated parking lots. Parking is extra. They brought a refrigerator & hideaway bed to the room for free, (but the hideaway had springs that were very uncomfortable). One day there was water in the bathroom floor when we returned, but it was repaired fairly quickly. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The landscape was just beautiful!
