The breakfast buffet is very unappetizing. The dishes are set out from early morning, so there are hard and dry by mid morning. The service in the restaurant was also poor. The lobby is quite small with limited seating area.

Clean, extremely friendly staff, spacious and nice rooms.
No jacuzzi. Ice makers only on every second floor.

Excellent hotel. My partner and I were very pleased. We were on one of the top floors and had an excellent view of the city. The pay-per-view service and internet wasn't working so the hotel gave us a DVD player and movie rentals free of charge. I must have asked ten different types of questions to multiple staff members and ALL of them provided me with excellent answers.

Small rooms.

Older hotel, clean, disappointed that beds were double and not queen. Staff were very friendly.
